Shipping Information

Ground shipping is only available within the Continental U.S. only.  Orders with product totals that exceed $99 will receive free Standard Ground shipping within the Continental US except for oversized items which may incur additional shipping fees.* Oversized item shipping fees are disclosed on the product description page and added to the checkout total.

Orders with product totals that exceed $99 can also have rush processing for an additional $5.99 shipping within the Continental US.*

All shipments must have a street address.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.

We do not ship internationally.

Delivery to HI and AK available through 2 Day Air and 1 Day Air services only.

Express Shipments

1 Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air Services are available. Select your desired shipping method at the time of checkout and shipping charges will automatically be calculated. Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air are not eligible for the free shipping promotion.

Please Note: Most orders are shipped from the Dallas, Texas Metropolitan area. Standard Ground orders are processed and shipped in 2-3 days. Any order with rush processing is usually processed and shipped same or next business day. Ground deliveries may take up to six business days from ship date.

Express Shipment Delivery Examples (Do not count Saturday, Sunday or Holiday as a delivery day):

  • Orders shipped 3 Day Air on Wednesday will be delivered on Monday.
  • Orders shipped 2 Day Air on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.
  • Orders shipped 1 Day Air on Friday will be delivered on Monday

Order Cancellations - To cancel an order prior to shipping you must contact StuffKidsLike.com during normal business hours. You can reach us by phone at 732-679-0200 or by email at orders@StuffKidsLike.com. For orders we are able to cancel prior to shipping, you will receive a confirmation number, for those we cannot, a tracking number will be provided. Please contact us as soon as possible with a cancellation request as we make all reasonable efforts to ship as quickly as possible. Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled, however you have the option to return the item by following the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Address Corrections - Shipping Address corrections after the item has shipped will incur a $10 cost. You must contact StuffKidsLike.com customer service at 732-679-0200 and send email with the address correction request. StuffKidsLike.com customer service will ask for credit card information to process the $10 address change charge. The $10 charge is a direct cost charged to us from the major shipping carriers for in transit address corrections. If the item has not shipped we are happy to make the correction at no cost.
