Same experience as previous reviewer, paint chipped the first time my baby put it in her mouth. Not much of a clacker either, not easy for a baby to manipulate.

I was very disappointed with this toy. Paint chipped off the first time my daughter put it in her mouth, which is inevitable. I bought it in a store and it did not have a choking hazard/small parts warning. I wish I knew that before, but not sure what the small parts are or what 3+ year old would want to play with it. You're better off trying a clacker toy from another company -- Haba for instance.
